How to Fix Setting Powder That Looks Chalky
Setting powder looks chalky when too much pale powder sits on dry skin or textured makeup. Remove the excess and bring back a little moisture.

The fix
- sweep away loose powder with a clean fluffy brush
- mist once from arm's length
- press the damp sponge over chalky areas
- add a skin-tone powder only where shine comes through

- Load powder on the brush, then tap most of it off.
- Use tinted powder if translucent formulas look pale on you.
