How to Fix Matte Top Coat That Looks Cloudy
Matte top coat looks cloudy when layers underneath are not dry or the bottle is old. Let color set longer and apply one clean, thin matte layer.

- wait until color polish is dry before adding matte top coat
- apply one thin even coat
- if it is already cloudy, add regular top coat to reset shine
- repaint matte top coat later when the polish is fully dry
