Mature Under-Eyes Look Shadowy
Mature under-eyes can look shadowy when dryness, hollowing, and gray concealer make the area look flat. Hydrate, correct lightly, and avoid heavy powder.

The fix
- tap on a thin layer of eye cream and wait two minutes
- place peach corrector only where the shadow is deepest
- set with the smallest amount of powder on a fluffy brush
If it’s still not right
- Use less powder if the area looks dry after an hour.
- Brighten the inner corner instead of covering the entire under-eye.
Prevent it next time
- Choose flexible concealer over matte full-coverage formulas.
- Keep shimmer away from crepey texture.
Notes
Why this works
Hydration softens texture, while peach corrector offsets darkness before concealer. That means the final layer can stay thin and mobile.
Powder should lock only the areas that crease, not flatten the whole under-eye.
